The purpose of this course is to increase A student’s
ability to understand the basic principles on which organizations behave, managed,
and changed.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to explain the
fundamental variables underlying the coexistence of organization and its environment,
and the process of organizational learning, adapting, and change
>< Course Content:
This course teaches the concept
of organization, organizational behaviour, influence of the individual, culture,
work environment and the processes of organizational change. The role of leader/manager
in influencing, catalyzing, and changing the organization are extensively discussed.
>< Methodology:
The course will be delivered in a combination of interactive
classroom sessions, case analysis.
>< Scheme of Evaluation:
End-of-semester examination and case analysis and presentations.
