Objectives : To provide practical skills in analysis of biomolecules.

Course content:

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins and lipids, physical properties of nucleic acids, enzyme manipulation and kinetic studies, methods to study aerobic and anaerobic metabolism.
