energy, nuclear stability, radioactivity and decay, nuclear reactions, radiation
effects on matter, radio analytical techniques, health and safety aspects, applications.
Symmetry and Diffraction
Symmetry elements and operations,
point groups, x-ray diffraction; single crystal method and Powder diffraction
method, space symmetry, applications of x-ray crystallography.
