Objectives: By the end of this course, the students will be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in histological and museum techniques.

Histological techniques: Tissue fixation methods, Embedding procedures, Section cutting and staining methods.

Museum techniques: Preservation and mounting techniques of different invertebrates and vertebrates.
