Protein and enzyme purification, kinetic characterization of enzymes and use of curve fitting methods to analyze kinetic data, nucleic acid isolation, purification and characterization, analysis of lipids and dairy products, studies on control of glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation.

>< Process : Two laboratory classes per week each of 7 hour duration for 6 weeks.
>< Scheme of Evaluation : Continuous assessment and end of course examination.
